Stop retyping transactions by hand. Drop in a bank statement PDF, the app parses every transaction, reconciles it against the statement's own printed totals, and hands you a QuickBooks-ready QBO file — in one pass, on your own machine.

Three steps. No re-typing.
Open the PDF
Point the app at a bank statement PDF. It auto-detects the bank and reads every transaction line — checks, debits, and credits.
Review & reconcile
Every transaction lands in a review table, checked against the statement's own printed totals. Mismatches are flagged before you export, not after.
Export the QBO
One click writes a standard QBO file. Import it into QuickBooks Desktop or Online like any bank download.
The details that matter in bookkeeping software
Multi-bank parsing
Dedicated parsers for Fifth Third and Climate First, plus a universal parser that handles standard statement layouts from other banks.
Built-in reconciliation
Parsed transactions are checked against the statement's own printed section totals before export — so a missed or misread line gets caught on your screen, not in QuickBooks.
100% local processing
Your bank statement is read and converted entirely on your machine. Only the license check talks to the network — the PDF and its contents never do.
QuickBooks-ready output
Standard QBO/OFX formatting with stable transaction IDs, so re-importing the same statement doesn't create duplicate entries in QuickBooks.

Before you subscribe
Is my bank statement data safe?
Yes — the PDF is parsed entirely on your computer. Nothing about its contents is sent anywhere. The only network call the app makes is a license check.
Which banks are supported?
Fifth Third and Climate First have dedicated parsers. Other banks are handled by a universal parser that reads standard statement layouts — review the output before exporting, as with any bank.
Windows says "Unknown Publisher" when I open it — is that safe?
Yes. Windows shows this for any new software until it's been downloaded enough times to build a track record — it's not a sign of a problem. Click "Run" to continue.
Where do I get my license key?
You'll receive it by email after subscribing. Paste it into the app's license screen the first time you run it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your license stays valid through the end of the billing period you already paid for. The app keeps working for parsing and review; exporting requires an active subscription.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet — reach out and we'll let you know when one's available.
